Utilities - Telephone / Electricity / Gas
Telephone - Relocation of an existing phone service costs about $55 and can be made by phoning 132200 or at any Post Office. A service to a new property costs an average $290. Owners are not obliged to reimburse the tenant, but some may contribute to this initial cost. Please remember to advise us of your home number.
Electricity - Tenants are responsible to connect the electricity by phoning PAWA on 8924 7777.
Gas - (If applicable, gas may need similar connection)
Gas bottles are to be left full on vacation and a receipt for filling provided to Absolute real estate to enable the bond to be finalised expediently.
