From the Sales Desk ...

September has been a busy month for our sales team. We have achieved some great sales and we have also introduced a variety of new properties onto the sales market. Enquiry rates are continuing to increase as we head towards the end of the year and the commencement of the approved Inpex Gas Project.
We are finding Darwin’s Market is once again improving with all correctly priced and well-presented properties achieving considerable interest and sold within a short period of time.
This reinforces that despite a relaxed sales market and with rumours of an interest rate decline, it appears that buyer confidence is increasing.
The bottom line for owners is that properties are selling and that the market is still strong.
