Originally from New South Wales, Calia made the decision to leave the familiar behind and embark on a new adventure, choosing Darwin as the place to begin her next chapter.
Over the past five years, Calia has travelled to Darwin frequently and developed a genuine connection with the Territory. Having also invested in property locally, she has gained a personal appreciation for the Darwin property market and the opportunities that the Territory offers. With that connection continuing to grow, it was an easy decision for Calia to make the move to Darwin and pursue the next stage of her professional career here.
With 13 years of experience in the real estate industry, Calia brings a wealth of knowledge to the Absolute team, including 11 years in Property Management and two years in Strata Management. Her career has seen her work within both family-oriented businesses and high-end corporate offices, giving her a diverse understanding of the industry, its people and the importance of delivering a high level of service.
Calia is highly motivated and takes great pride in her attention to detail. She is organised, proactive and always ready to take on a new challenge. Her approach is centred around building strong relationships, communicating effectively and making sure that both owners and tenants feel supported throughout their property journey.
For Calia, real estate has always been about more than property. It is about people, relationships and helping clients navigate what can often be one of their biggest financial decisions. She brings a genuine enthusiasm for the industry and a willingness to go the extra mile to achieve the best possible outcome.
