Routine inspections occur routinely and we act on maintenance requests with haste and importance.

We will remind you of your lease expiry two months prior to the end of lease, and help to find you something else suitable if you decide to move on.

Our tenant inductions are thorough and informative, so you know what to expect during the tenancy and the vacate. We want to ensure that you experience our friendly, proactive and comfortable approach. We recognise open and informative guidance, helpful advice and communication is highly valued.
