I wanted to let you know how wonderful Amy Darby has performed as our property manager. Unfortunately (through our own choice), we have vacated … and therefore won't benefit from her outstanding customer service.
She has been diligent, responsive, understanding and thorough. She is pleasant and professional to deal with. She has delivered on every email, promise to contact and commitment she has made. She raised maintenance issues with our landlord and sought to have them resolved on our behalf without us needing to complain or become frustrated. What a gem!
