As Director of Absolute Real Estate NT, Denise is the epitome of a dynamic leader – but you won't ever hear her agree! Denise is invariably more interested in supporting the people around her than accolades.

Coming onto the local real estate scene in 1978, developing her experience and refining her skills, Denise established the Absolute Real Estate NT enterprise in 1995. What began as a boutique real estate agency has since grown to be the working focus for her family. Denise’s three daughters are now her colleagues, supported by an extraordinary team of property professionals.

Denise enjoys an outstanding reputation in the real estate category, and her business values are reflected in her diverse and proactive colleagues. As a leader, she prides herself on nurturing those she works with to be responsive and forward-thinking experts, with meticulous habits and an attitude of care in all they do. Denise is committed to providing ongoing training to the Absolute Real Estate NT team, ensuring the integrity of her business and the professional development of her colleagues.

She is a proud Territorian who is a leader amongst her peers, having enjoyed tenure as the NT representative of the Agents’ Licensing Board. Denise is an impactful individual, with her life’s work setting an example for both her team and the community she serves.
