A natural go-getter, with a dynamic attitude and an impressive work ethic, Shannyn is someone who knows how to get things done and get them done well.

Having had no previous experience within the real estate industry, Shannyn began her career with us in a reception role in 2016. After loving all that real estate involved, paired with a strong ambition and drive for success, she quickly worked her way through every role between reception and property management, before becoming a Property Manager in 2021.

For Shannyn, her approach to property management is all in the details. Having mastered the foundations of the industry, she is a skilled multitasker who can manage administrative tasks, provide training, and update our processes and procedures with ease. She is a natural people person, who cares deeply about the experience of her tenants and landlords, proactively troubleshooting issues when they arise and carefully following all procedures to a tee.

Shannyn’s desire to help others, consistent communication, and reliability are some of her biggest strengths. She manages her time well and strives to go above and beyond for her team and clients, ensuring that the presentation of properties is always of a high standard.

Although Shannyn didn’t grow up in Darwin, she soon fell in love with its tropical climate and stunning landscapes - now there is nowhere else she would rather be! In her free time, you will find her outdoors with her husband and kids at the beach, riding a motorbike, fishing, gardening, or catching up with friends for a nice cold drink!
