What's the Best Way to sell your Property?

In this video, our sales agent, Yiannis, here at Absolute Real Estate, discusses his top tips and suggestions on the best way to sell a property in today’s market in Darwin.

Huge increase in growth this year

In the pas 12 month we've experienced an 83% growth in the sales. We find owners who follow our recommendations, achieve a sale within the six-week period of the planned marketing campaign.

When is the right time to put a property on the market?

Properties that sell either vacant or, at least, with a close expiry, sell within the six week period. In the current market, owner-occupied purchasers are in the majority and are looking to occupy their purchased properties upon settlement. Having a property vacant further enhances the opportunities to ensure the home is presented immaculately and can be viewed at any time. One should only market an occupied property when it is clean and tidy and enhances the ambience of the home. The photos must make the property stand out.

Our Marketing suggestion

We generally sell properties within a six week period and we don’t often exceed this time frame. To achieve this, we have used our experience in the Darwin market to create a successful marketing package for our owners as follows:

  1. Six week premiere listing on realestate.com.au;

  2. Standard listing with Domain

  3. Professional photos

  4. 3D floor plan,

  5. Six - week package with the NT News .
