Updated Aug 2021. Have you met these amazing Property Managers? We've recently welcomed some new faces into our Absolute Real Estate NT family, including Kourtney Simpson, Lydelle Wilson and Fi South - and we couldn't be more thrilled to have them on board!

Kourtney Simpson

Property Manager, and resident Wonder woman

Kourtney is a born and bred Katherine girl, who was an hotshot sales agent in the local real estate scene for years. She excelled at selling and managing commercial properties, but that wasn’t enough for this go-getter, so she studied and completed her diploma in real-estate at the same time.

Kourtney and her family moved to Darwin in 2019 where she decided to expand on her real-estate knowledge and become a property manager. Can we just say how incredibly driven and dedicated this superwoman is? We’re in awe.

Lydelle Wilson

Property Manager, and resident Property Pistol

Lydelle just celebrated her 10-year anniversary in the real estate industry, and we are so privileged to have this property pistol here with us at Absolute.

Originally from Victoria, Lydelle made the move up to Darwin in 2021, after visiting the Territory on holiday in 2020.

Like most of us, the Territory magic got under her skin, and she fell in love with our laid back lifestyle, which was a welcome contrast to property management in Melbourne CBD. She knew she had to relocate up here asap!

Senior Property Manager, Resident Problem Solver

A proud Darwin girl, Fi is a Property Manager with incomparable expertise in the local real estate market.

This outgoing property whiz has been with our Absolute team since 2016 (including a brief hiatus). Re-joining our team early 2021, Fi is keen to expand her horizons and specialise in the management of quality residential properties geared to the tropical Territory lifestyle. Fiona loves Darwin for its wide array of people as well as property types, and of course - its thriving culinary scene (don’t we all!).
