And now we’ve officially arrived in the 21^st Century, well and truly!  We’ve recently moved to a fully integrated online property management system called Property Tree.  We’re hoping that you’re starting to see the benefits of the new system.  But to make sure you’re making the most of the swanky new system we’ve included some dedicated links for Tenants and Landlords.

As an overview Property Tree provides our tenants and owners with a personalised self-service way to manage your property information. The owner and tenant portals provide secure real-time access to information on inspections, maintenance, important documents and financials reducing the need to contact us to request information that is available at your fingertips.

And whilst the system is very intuitive we’re still here to help.  If the links above don’t help then please get in contact with our admin staff who can walk you through how to access your information. Call us on 08 8930 6600

And bear with us.  We’re still integrating and transferring documents to the new portal, so if the document isn’t on Property Tree, then it’s probably still on our website for you to download.
